The platform may collect account and contact details, child profile data supplied by a guardian, emergency contacts, booking and attendance records, waiver records, preferences, and transaction references. Raw card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored here.
Why information is used
Information is used to operate visits, manage capacity and memberships, support check-in, maintain signed records, provide requested communications, prevent abuse, and meet legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
Children’s information
Child profiles are private, never public, and accessible only to authorized guardians and staff whose role requires it. Sensitive notes are encrypted at rest by the application. Guardians should provide only information necessary for the visit.
Sharing and processors
Data may be shared with configured service providers for payment, email, SMS, hosting, storage, and security only as needed to provide the service. A final policy must name approved processors and retention periods.
Choices and requests
Customers can manage communication preferences and request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. Identity verification is required for sensitive requests.
Security and retention
The platform applies role controls, encryption, audit logging, secure sessions, rate limits, and data minimization. The owner must approve a written retention and backup schedule before launch.
